Kingspan Water & Energy Pty Limited in Victoria is seeking an experienced Installations Coordinator to join the Planning Team at Epping. You will schedule tank installations, coordinate with plumbers and supervisors, and help manage the installation process from delivery to completion.

The role requires customer service experience, strong time management, adaptability, and proficient use of Microsoft Office. A collaborative, safety-conscious approach is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule tank installations day-to-day to meet a planned schedule.
• Reschedule installations when required and update installer schedules.
• Liaise with plumbers and supervisors to achieve installation outcomes.
• Coordinate with Logistics and Planning post-delivery.
• Support compliance management and encourage workplace compliance.
