Luminance is hiring a Business Development Representative for its Inside Sales team in Sydney. You will drive new business by engaging with senior decision-makers, booking meetings for the sales force and supporting campaigns that expand our global footprint.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and rapport-building ability.
• Self-starter with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Sales experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage prospective customers and uncover new business opportunities.
• Secure high-quality meetings for the Sales team and drive attendance.
• Reach senior decision-makers across markets via cold calls and outreach.
• Meet and exceed KPIs in a results-driven environment.
• Utilize social selling to build pipeline and brand.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to maximise outreach.
• Support Account Executives to drive new business growth.
