seek.com.au is expanding its Outbound New Technical Sales Team across Australasia. This office-based role leverages CRM data to grow new and existing customer relationships with industrial and technical buyers, focusing on solutions selling and KPI targets.

You’ll receive training and support, a defined sales path, and a negotiable salary with an uncapped bonus. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in sales or B2B/technical internal sales and strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in sales or B2B/technical internal sales.
• Excellent customer service and telephone communication skills.
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships and meet KPI targets.
