Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience with ability to engage customers and build relationships over the phone.

• Full-time Australian work status with no sponsorship requirement.
• Based in the South East Suburbs of Melbourne Bayside region or nearby.
• Experience with groups in Fluid Power, Pneumatics, Pumps or related industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and grow existing customers across Australia.
• Engage customers via phone to understand needs and present suitable engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to achieve KPI targets and drive revenue growth.
