The role emphasizes consultative selling, opportunity identification and revenue growth while collaborating with internal teams to deliver value through energy-efficient solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical, industrial or solution-based B2B sales.
• Strong business development, relationship management and communication skills.
• Ability to identify customer challenges and develop tailored, value-driven solutions.
• Commercial acumen with experience managing opportunities, negotiations and sales targets.
• Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline, forecast accurately and utilise CRM systems effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a defined NSW territory, driving sales and customer engagement.
• Build strong relationships with end users, consultants, engineering firms and contractors.
• Identify and convert opportunities across oil-free air, air treatment and cooling solutions.
• Develop new business while expanding existing customer accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from solution development through to project award.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and achieve territory growth.
