WOW Recruitment is seeking a NSW Industrial Sales Manager to drive revenue growth within the Industrial Sales Team. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, leveraging a warm book of leads and existing clients while also developing new business.

The role targets industries like earthmoving, mining, transport and construction, with a focus on relationship-building, negotiation, and tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in business development & sales, with experience identifying, negotiating, and closing high-value deals.
• Market knowledge & relationships in industrial sectors such as earthmoving, mining, transport, and construction.
• Experience in auctions, earthmoving, or mining equipment sales is highly regarded.
• Ability to build relationships at all levels and translate client needs into tailored solutions.
• Flexible and adaptable mindset to thrive in a fast-paced industry.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel (valid driver’s license required).

Responsibilities

• Work through a mix of new business leads, warm prospects, and dormant accounts to maximize sales opportunities.
• Assess potential partners, perform competitive research, and develop compelling business cases.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships within both local and national teams.
• Provide sales forecasts and performance reports to ensure targets and KPIs are met.
• Use negotiation and influencing skills to secure and close high-value deals.
• Develop and execute local sales strategies, proposals, and presentations.
