CommBank Cairns Branch is seeking a Customer Banking Specialist for a relief role. The part-time position offers 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 12:15pm to 4:15pm, and involves greeting customers, guiding enquiries, and demonstrating in-branch technology.

You will build rapport with customers, manage expectations with a professional presence, and help customers make informed financial decisions while delivering friendly, professional service.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering exceptional Customer Service ideally in Financial Services, Retail or Hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills & display all the right behaviours to maintain an approachable & professional demeanour.
• The ability to manage customer expectations with a professional presence.

Responsibilities

• Greet each customer & clearly understand their enquiry, guiding the customer to the appropriate channel.
• Build personal connection with customers through meaningful conversations to enhance their experience.
• Provide options for the customer through education & demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking options.
• Be aware of movements within the branch, ensuring it's running effectively & efficiently and that customers are satisfied with their experience.
