Job summary

PHILLIP RILEY PROJECTS PTY LTD – Sydney NSW is seeking an ICT Sales Representative to join the team. The role focuses on developing and converting sales opportunities for computer hardware, software, and ICT services across client accounts in Sydney.

You will report to management, prepare sales reports, and manage contracts and orders. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience, a proactive mindset, and strong communication skills to effectively engage customers

Responsibilities

• Develop and convert sales opportunities into sales of computer hardware, software and ICT services.
• Quote and negotiate prices and terms, complete contracts and record orders.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain records of business expenses.
• Assess demand for ICT products and report to management.
• Understand customer needs and explain goods and services accordingly.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with products/services.
• Arrange delivery, installation and provision of services.
• Report to sales management on sales and marketability of ICT goods and services.
