Job summary

AI Talent in Sydney, Australia, is seeking an ICT Sales Representative to identify, develop and convert sales opportunities across hardware, software and managed services. You will manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through to post-sale support, building strong client relationships and delivering tailored ICT solutions.

The role requires a commercially minded professional with strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills, and a track record of meeting KPIs in a B2B ICT

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing or related field
• Proven ICT sales experience
• Ability to meet or exceed KPIs and targets
• Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
• Strong negotiation and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for ICT products, services and solutions
• Develop and maintain client relationships to understand technology requirements
• Present and demonstrate ICT solutions including hardware, software and managed services
• Prepare and negotiate pricing, terms and contracts with clients
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead gen to closing and order processing
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions meet client expectations and requirements
