Job summary

Stryker's Acute Care Division seeks a Territory Manager to lead sales across Metropolitan Sydney, Southern NSW, and the ACT, representing ICU beds, stretchers, transport chairs, and patient handling solutions. This field-based role targets growth with hospital customers and drives strategic sales execution.

You will develop territory plans, build key relationships, deliver product demonstrations, and manage the full sales cycle. Travel up to 30%; hybrid work mix.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience with revenue targets.
• Minimum 2 years of territory/account planning experience.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline through a structured process.
• Valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales, growth, and market share objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across hospitals and healthcare facilities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clinical, procurement, operational, and executive stakeholders.
• Deliver product demonstrations, evaluations, and training education to support product adoption.
• Manage sales opportunities through the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to implementation.
• Analyse territory performance and adjust sales strategies to optimise results.
