Job summary

Queensland Corrective Services Academy in Brisbane seeks a Business Services Manager to lead the delivery of diverse business functions across finance, HR, WHS, catering, facilities, technology and training support services. Qualifications

• Communication and interpersonal skills reflecting QCS values when liaising with internal and external clients on financial matters.
• Experience in financial and human resource management with policy interpretation and guidance for management.
• Event and function management with ability to develop robust frameworks for catering, accommodation, and function centre support services.
• Knowledge of complex financial modelling including budget management, forecasting, and performance indicators.
• Experience overseeing technology-enabled service delivery within a large operation.
• Ability to manage financial pressures and analyse and improve work practices and processes.
• Strong data analytics to support reporting across finance, HR, quality.
• Experience leading a team with broad responsibilities across a business operation.
