Qualifications

• Extensive experience in multi-site retail, spa, salon, clinic, or service operations.
• At least 5 years' experience leading and developing teams at a state or national level.
• Proven ability to drive financial performance and operational improvement.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing KPIs and budgets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A positive, resilient, and results-focused approach.
• Experience in the beauty, wellness, or retail sector is highly regarded.

• Lead and support the spa field teams to drive spa performance.
