Qualifications

• Experience in boutique fitness or wellness businesses is preferred.
• Previous leadership roles with operational performance driving.
• Experience in member-based businesses is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure organisational excellence.
• Lead performance management for Studio Managers and instructors.
• Monitor and review studio KPIs for operational improvements.
