endota, Australia’s largest day spa network, is seeking an experienced Multi-site Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of company-owned and franchised spas across Australia. Based at the Mornington Peninsula Support Centre, the role combines strategic leadership with hands-on coaching to raise performance and guest experiences.

You will lead spa field teams, develop accountable teams, optimise growth strategies, ensure training and compliance, and deliver revenue, profit, and KPI targets

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in multi-site retail, spa, or service operations.
• 5+ years’ experience leading and developing teams.
• Proven ability to drive financial performance and KPI delivery.
• Strong commercial acumen with budget and KPI management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in beauty, wellness, or retail is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead spa field teams to drive spa performance.
• Develop high-performing, accountable teams.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimise business growth.
• Ensure training standards are maintained at the required compliance levels.
• Ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
• Drive operational compliance, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Deliver revenue, profit, and KPI targets.
