Job summary

BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking a Service Scheduler – At Home Services. The role involves scheduling and allocating home care services to care workers, developing rosters with Care Facilitators, and confirming appointments while maintaining accurate customer records.

This is a hybrid role with one day in the office and a Monday–Friday schedule. The role emphasizes strong organisational skills, clear communication, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and familiarity with scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and allocate customer services to care workers based on customer care needs, worker suitability and availability.
• Collaborate with Care Facilitators to develop rosters that meet customer needs and comply with Enterprise Agreement; confirm service appointments and respond to scheduling queries.
• Maintain accurate customer information, service details and relevant care attributes.
