RetireAustralia is seeking a skilled Scheduler and Administrator to support the Home Care team across Central Coast retirement communities. The role is full-time, with a Monday–Friday pattern and hybrid flexibility for a Brisbane-based arrangement.

Based from Erina, NSW, you will coordinate staff allocation, manage service schedules, and handle calls and emails while maintaining data in our information systems. A strong rostering background and drivers licence are required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in rostering, scheduling and administration is required.
• Aged or Community Care services experience is desirable.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including Drug and Alcohol testing.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and manage the allocation of employees to client services.
• Develop and maintain customer service schedules including service planning and managing short notice placements.
• Prepare and transmit schedules for Home Care employees.
