Job summary

BaptistCare NSW/ACT - Aged Care in Macquarie Park NSW is seeking a Service Scheduler in Home Care. The role is full-time and permanent with hybrid work and a 7.30am–3.30pm core schedule, Monday to Friday.

You will allocate services, develop rosters with Care Facilitators, confirm appointments, and maintain customer data while supporting BaptistCare’s mission and values. The position requires strong organizational, communication and prioritization skills, with experience in scheduling or

About the role

As a Service Scheduler in Home Care, you will:

• Schedule and allocate customer services to care workers based on each customer’s individual care needs, worker suitability and availability.

This position is working Monday to Friday from 7.30am – 3.30pm.
