BaptistCare NSW & ACT is hiring a Scheduling Support Officer in a hybrid role based in Sydney Metro. You will support service schedulers, coordinate rosters, and communicate with customers and care workers to ensure accurate service delivery.

The role involves 8:30am–4:30pm, Monday to Friday, with 1–2 days per week at a local home care office in Kellyville, plus salary packaging options to boost take-home pay.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in an administrative role with rostering or scheduling exposure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and email/calendar tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as main administrative contact for client service inquiries.
• Support schedulers to arrange services and rosters.
• Maintain clear client communications and timely updates.
• Assist with payroll-related administrative tasks.
