Job summary

monday.com in Sydney is seeking a Sales Development Representative to build and qualify new and expansion pipeline for the ANZ region, with a focus on mid-market and enterprise, driving outbound motion and collaborating with Account Executives and marketing. You’ll perform daily cold calls, handle inbound inquiries, qualify prospects using MEDDPICC, and schedule meetings.

You’ll cross-sell across accounts and maintain strong relationships with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 1 year of outbound SaaS experience or similar.
• Proven ability to hit and exceed KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to influence at C-suite level.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cold calls to build pipeline.
• Handle inbound inquiries and qualify prospects for meetings.
• Qualify prospects using MEDDPICC and coordinate with Account Executives.
