Marloo is looking for a Sydney-based Sales Development Representative to own the top of the funnel for our Australian team. The role is office-based in Sydney and focuses on inbound leads, with outbound growth as the business scales.

You will qualify and route opportunities, craft and refine playbooks, and help accelerate early deals. The role requires proven SDR experience and strong cold calling ability within Australia.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience with a carried target.
• SDR/BDR experience with proven cold calling.

Responsibilities

• Speed to lead: contact new sign-ups fast.
• Activate warm leads into real conversations.
• Reactivate disengaged accounts.
• Qualify and route opportunities to Account Executives.
• Help build and refine scripts and sequences.
• Provide feedback to management, product and engineering.
• Travel up to ~20 days per year domestically.
