Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions in Sydney is seeking a Sales Support/Customer Operations professional to respond to inquiries, provide product information and assist with onboarding, orders and contracts.

Join a high-growth, global FTSE 100 business with a hybrid work model (2 days in office). You'll collaborate with Legal, Finance and Fulfilment, maintain Salesforce records, and help drive process improvements across the direct client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Support or Account Coordination.
• Proficient with Salesforce, CRM systems and MS Office.
• Billing and invoicing experience is a plus.
• High attention to detail and strong organisation.
• Experience in financial services or SaaS is valued.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Support onboarding, order processing and contracts.
• Assist sales to improve satisfaction including billing and invoicing.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance and Fulfilment to resolve issues.
• Maintain records in Salesforce and internal systems; drive process improvements.
