Job summary

Herron Todd White in Melbourne is seeking a detail-driven People & Culture Coordinator to join the core HR operations, supporting contracts, onboarding and compliance.

Based in the Melbourne CBD with hybrid working options, the role offers permanent FT or part-time fixed-term options as the business scales its people experience.

You will manage contracts, payroll data updates, HRIS records, and provide high‑quality service across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume administrative, coordination, or service roles in HR.
• Basic understanding of NES and Awards is helpful.
• Familiar with HRIS platforms; iChris is desirable.
• Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Generate standard employment contracts using templates for role changes and promotions.
• Issue change letters and update Payroll data.
• Manage the PX inbox (30–60 queries daily) and resolve standard inquiries.
• Support onboarding and partner with the team to maintain coverage.
• Maintain digital records in HRIS and assist audits and reporting.
