Possability Group is seeking a People Support Coordinator to join the People Team based out of Melbourne or Newcastle offices. You will be the go-to for HR support, ensuring compliant processes and accurate records, while assisting with onboarding and lifecycle administration.

This full-time role offers hybrid work options, strong focus on HR compliance, and exposure to HRIS platforms, probity and audits, plus salary packaging benefits.

Formación

• Certificate III in Human Resources (or equivalent).
• Experience building and maintaining positive relationships with managers and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of HR administration and employment lifecycle processes.
• Experience working with HRIS platforms and people systems.
• Knowledge of employment legislation, awards, and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for HR support and enquiries.
• Manage HR compliance activities, including probity and audit requirements.
• Maintain employee records and HR systems with a high level of accuracy.
• Generate employment contracts, letters, and employment documentation.
• Support onboarding and employee lifecycle administration.
• Coordinate compliance reporting and maintain compliance registers.
• Partner with leaders and employees to deliver timely and professional HR support.
