Job summary

Odoo Limited on the Gold Coast is seeking a Partner Manager to drive regional growth by empowering partners, tailoring solutions, and building strong relationships with end customers and partners. You will coach partners, participate in the sales cycle, and ensure high-quality services and solutions across the channel.

You will work with Odoo Partners—ERP integrators and IT companies across ANZ—who deliver Odoo as a service to clients.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven negotiation and target achievement experience.
• Ability to work independently and be proactive.
• Experience in software channel sales is a plus.
• Background in B2B sales is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Empower partners with training to sell and implement Odoo solutions.
• Co-create customized implementation packages with partners.
• Navigate negotiations between partners and end customers to close deals.
• Demonstrate Odoo value to partners and their clients.
• Nurture long-term trusted partner relationships.
• Ensure partners align with Odoo’s strategic plans and growth.
