Job summary

Odoo is seeking a Partner Manager to oversee a portfolio of Australian and New Zealand partners, coaching them on best practices and demonstrating the value of Odoo to end customers. You will be involved in the sales cycle, ensuring quality services and scalable solutions through our partner network.

You will engage with partners across diverse industries, qualify opportunities, and deliver demos to match clients with suitable partners.

Qualifications

• Must have Full working rights in Australia.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enjoys negotiating and driven to meet (and exceed) targets.
• Creativity and the ability to work independently.
• Proactive, self-motivated attitude with a desire to continually learn and improve.

Responsibilities

• Empower partners with training on selling and implementing Odoo solutions.
• Collaborate with partners to create tailored implementation packages for end customers.
• Navigate negotiations between partners and customers to close deals.
• Understand partners' operations and show how Odoo adds value to their business.
• Maintain long-term, trusting relationships with partners.
• Ensure alignment with Odoo's strategic plans to drive partner growth.
