SR Construction is seeking a meticulous Maintenance Project Coordinator to join our Sydney team. You will coordinate repairs and maintenance work orders, liaising with clients, tenants, contractors and internal teams to keep projects on track.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and monitoring maintenance work orders from receipt through to completion.
• Liaising with clients, tenants, contractors, tradespeople, suppliers and internal teams to coordinate work activities.
• Scheduling and allocating work orders to appropriate contractors and trades based on priority, availability and requirements.
• Monitoring work order progress, following up outstanding jobs and ensuring works were completed within required timeframes.
• Reviewing and updating work order information, job status, documentation and completion records.
• Coordinating access arrangements, appointments and site attendance for contractors and relevant stakeholders.
• Assisting with resolving issues, delays, variations and other operational matters relating to work orders.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring relevant documentation was available for project and maintenance activities.
• Communicating with stakeholders regarding job requirements, progress, completion and any issues affecting delivery.
• Assisting with administrative and coordination activities to support the effective delivery of maintenance works.
