Kepal Building Services Pty Ltd in Mildura is seeking a Responsive Maintenance Assistant to join our team and support the Responsive Maintenance Coordinator with day-to-day coordination and administration of responsive maintenance and vacant property works.

You will help keep jobs moving, schedule trades, maintain records, and ensure clients, tenants and internal teams receive timely updates, while staying organised and proactive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Organised and proactive with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
• Experience in scheduling, administration or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate responsive maintenance and vacant property works with the team.
• Schedule trades, monitor progress and update clients and tenants.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with quotes, purchase orders and invoices.
• Provide general administrative support to the maintenance team.
