Suncorp Group is seeking a Learning Operations Consultant to own deployment and maintenance of learning courses within our LMS, provide expert advice to teams, and deploy learning effectively. The role emphasizes governance, continuous improvement, and strong stakeholder collaboration across Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.

You’ll work with an enterprise LMS, applying your learning operations skills to streamline processes and improve learner experiences while supporting enterprise learning

Qualifications

• Three+ years experience in LMS administration, learning operations, learning design or deployment.
• Experience with an enterprise LMS; Oracle LMS experience highly regarded.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities for complex operational issues.
• Experience owning or improving operational processes, with documentation, controls and testing.

Responsabilités

• Own and administer learning processes within the LMS, including deployments, enrolments, records and course offerings.
• Troubleshoot system and course issues and propose practical solutions.
• Maintain accurate records and clear process documentation to support governance.
• Support LMS enhancements and system changes through impact analysis and testing.
• Identify and deliver continuous improvement opportunities across processes, quality and automation.
• Provide high-quality service to learners and stakeholders across the organisation.
• Engage with learning teams, workforce, technology and vendors as key stakeholders.
