IAG Defence & National Security (DNS) is seeking an experienced LMS Consultant / Solution Lead to deliver a modern enterprise learning platform across Australia. You will lead implementations, integrations with HR and reporting systems, and optimise learner management and analytics in a multi-tenant environment.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing or supporting enterprise LMS platforms.
• Experience integrating LMS with HR, reporting or workforce systems.
• Experience delivering cloud-based, scalable digital learning solutions.
• Knowledge of learner records, reporting, analytics and performance processes.
• Experience working with multi-tenant environments and complex stakeholder groups.

Responsabilités

• Lead LMS implementation and configuration.
• Deliver integrations between LMS and enterprise systems.
• Support learner management, program administration and reporting.
• Configure multi-tenant environments and data sharing.
• Provide guidance on adoption and platform enhancements.
• Develop implementation plans and project documentation.
• Support testing, deployment and transition activities.
• Provide training to stakeholders and administrators.
