Suncorp Group is seeking a Learning Operations Consultant to own the deployment and maintenance of learning courses within the LMS, driving governance and continuous improvement. The role also provides expert advice to learning teams, helping navigate system capabilities and deploy learning effectively.

Based in Brisbane preferentially, with Sydney or Melbourne considered. You’ll strengthen operational controls and build stakeholder relationships within a collaborative team, delivering solutions

Formación

• Three or more years’ experience in LMS administration, learning operations, learning design and deployment, or a related enterprise environment.
• Practical experience with an enterprise Learning Management System, with Oracle LMS experience highly regarded.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently diagnose system behaviour, identify root causes and resolve complex or non-standard issues.
• Experience owning or improving operational processes, including documentation, controls, testing and continuous improvement.
• A Bachelor qualification in Business, Human Resources, Learning or a related discipline is highly desirable, with equivalent practical experience also considered.

• Troubleshoot system and online learning course issues, assess impacts and recommend practical solutions.
• Maintain effective learning operations through accurate records, appropriate controls and clear, fit-for-purpose process documentation.
• Support LMS enhancements and system changes through impact analysis, subject matter expertise and user acceptance testing.
• Identify and deliver continuous improvement opportunities across processes, quality, automation and self-service.
• Provide high-quality service and support to learners across the organisation
• Engage strong consultation skills with our learning teams, workforce, technology, partner teams and vendors as our key stakeholders.

Build your learning operations expertise in a team that values collaboration and continual improvement. You’ll apply your customer focus, consulting skills and technical expertise to enhance our LMS, streamline processes and shape how learning reaches people across the business.

About The Role

As a Learning Operations Consultant (known internally as Consultant Learning), you’ll take ownership of the deployment and maintenance of learning courses, governance and continuous improvement within our LMS. You’ll also provide expert advice to learning teams, helping them navigate system capabilities, solve complex operational issues and deploy learning effectively.

This varied role offers the opportunity to improve processes, support enterprise learning initiatives, strengthen operational controls and build stakeholder relationships within a collaborative and supportive team. The role is based in Brisbane preferably, while Sydney or Melbourne can also be considered.
