Qualifications

• Experience implementing or supporting enterprise LMS solutions.
• Experience integrating LMS with HR, reporting or workforce systems.
• Experience delivering cloud-based, scalable digital learning solutions.
• Knowledge of learner data, reporting and performance management.
• Experience with multi-tenant data sharing environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of an LMS solution.
• Deliver integrations between the LMS and enterprise systems.
• Support learner management, program administration and reporting.
• Configure multi-tenant environments and data sharing.
• Implement AI-enabled functionality and user-focused experiences.
• Provide guidance on optimisation and adoption.
• Manage stakeholder engagements and collect business requirements.
• Develop implementation plans, documentation and delivery reporting.
• Support testing, deployment and transition activities.
• Provide training to stakeholders and administrators.
