Job summary

Transport Accident Commission (TAC) in Geelong is seeking a part-time Consultant Learning & Capability (0.8 FTE) on a fixed-term basis until 30 June 2028. The role offers a base salary of $109,500 plus super and benefits, with flexible hybrid working.

You will translate strategy into action, strengthen organisational capability and lead learning projects—from design to evaluation—within the Inclusion and Diversity portfolio. Prior experience in L&D and analytics is essential.

Qualifications

Proven experience in learning and development analysis, design, delivery and evaluation.
Knowledge of contemporary learning methodologies and best practice.
Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver learning solutions that build enterprise-wide capability and improve performance.
Partner with stakeholders to identify capability needs and develop targeted learning initiatives.
Lead learning and capability projects from design through to implementation, embedding and evaluation.
Facilitate engaging learning experiences and support transfer of learning into workplace practice.
Drive continuous improvement through learning analytics and digital learning technologies.
