Job summary

CBUS Super in Melbourne is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our IT Service Desk. You will deliver first and second line support across hardware, software, identity, applications and core IT services, ensuring a reliable experience for CBUS staff both in person and remotely.

You will bring at least three years in IT customer support, strong Microsoft tech skills (Windows 11, Windows Server, AD, Azure, Intune) and ITIL knowledge.

Qualifications

• Tertiary IT qualification or certifications preferred.
• At least three years in IT with customer support focus.
• Strong Microsoft tech skills across Windows 11, Windows Server, AD, Azure, Intune.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1–2 support across Active Directory, M365, apps, servers, networks, and VIP users.
• Manage end-user hardware via SCCM and mobile devices with Intune.
• Handle incidents and service requests with timely, professional communication.
• Collaborate with Service Desk and Operations to improve services.
