Job summary

GO Markets is seeking a proactive IT Support Officer to maintain corporate technology across onsite and remote staff in Melbourne. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity and access issues, taking ownership from initial investigation through resolution or escalation.

Under the Corporate IT Team Leader, you’ll administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune, maintain workplace technology and contribute to security initiatives and system improvements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support experience in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive technical support to onsite and remote employees across hardware, software, applications and connectivity.
• Manage service requests, monitor SLAs and maintain accurate records in Jira Service Management.
• Support Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive, plus user accounts and licensing.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID and Intune, including MFA and device management.
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN and workplace technology issues.
• Onboard/offboard IT equipment and user access following procedures.
• Assist with security controls and compliance requirements in coordination with Cybersecurity Specialist.
• Assist with testing and implementing approved system improvements.
