CBUS Super in Melbourne seeks a Technical Support Engineer to join the IT Service Desk. You will deliver Level 1 and 2 support across Active Directory, M365, applications and basic server administration, supported by hardware imaging via SCCM and Intune management.

The role emphasizes customer-focused service, incident management, and collaboration with the wider IT team to maintain a reliable technology environment for CBUS staff.

Formación

• Tertiary IT qualification or equivalent experience.
• Microsoft or Cisco certifications are a plus.
• Experience in customer-focused IT support is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 1 and 2 operational support across Active Directory, M365, applications, basic server administration, networks and VIP support via in-person and remote channels.
• Manage end-user hardware, including device imaging with SCCM and mobile device management with Intune.
• Diagnose user issues, identify practical solutions and assess potential impacts.
• Manage Service Desk incidents, service requests and self-help while supporting maintenance and problem management.
• Deliver timely IT services and communicate professionally with CBUS stakeholders and external vendors.
