First Focus in Sydney is seeking a skilled IT support technician to join our hybrid team. You'll tackle tickets across AD, Azure, M365, and Exchange, and support desktops, servers, networks, and cloud platforms.

The role blends desk-based and onsite work, with paid training days, certification incentives, and a culture that values curiosity and teamwork.

You'll need a valid Australian driver's license for onsite missions; salary up to AUD 85k with benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong AD knowledge with Azure focus and end-user support
• Experience with Windows Server, Exchange, and cloud platforms
• Ability to troubleshoot across desktop to network components and document tickets

Responsibilities

• Handle tickets across Microsoft AD, Azure, M365, and Exchange
• Troubleshoot desktops, servers, firewalls, and networks
• Support cloud platforms—Azure AD, Entra, Hyper-V, Citrix, AWS
• Participate in project deployments and onsite missions
• Split time between desk support and hands-on onsite work
• Collaborate with senior engineers to maintain lean environments
• Occasional client-site visits with travel covered
