xceltium is partnering with an established Australian organisation to hire a Technology Support Analyst – Digital Workplace near Liverpool. This permanent role sits in a small internal technology team and involves four days in the office plus one day from home.
You’ll split time roughly 50–60% Level 1 support across the wider tech environment and ~40% on Microsoft 365 and SharePoint. You’ll assist users, onboarding/offboarding, and contribute to documentation and small projects.
Qualifications
- 6–12 months of practical Microsoft 365 exposure.
- Solid Level 1 support foundations and service desk experience.
- Interested in developing deeper capability in Digital Workplace.
