Job summary

Legacy Club Services in Sydney is seeking a proactive Technology Support Officer to provide Level 1 and junior Level 2 support across LCS locations. You will help with configuring devices, onboarding/offboarding, and assisting with Microsoft 365, Teams, and business systems.

The role offers hands-on experience across cybersecurity, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform, with opportunities to take on broader technical responsibilities as you grow your skills.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV/ Diploma in IT or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–2 years' IT support or service desk experience.
• Knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365 and common desktop apps.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn Dynamics 365, Power Platform, cyber security and broader systems administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and junior Level 2 technology support across LCS locations.
• Log, triage, update and resolve service requests within agreed priorities, escalating complex issues appropriately.
• Troubleshoot laptops, desktop applications, Microsoft 365, Teams, printers, connectivity, access and audio-visual issues.
• Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Support user onboarding and offboarding, account administration, permissions and Microsoft Teams calling.
• Provide first-line support for Dynamics 365, the Legatee Portal and other LCS business systems.
• Maintain accurate support tickets, knowledge articles, procedures, user guides and ICT asset records.
• Assist with endpoint configuration, software deployment, technology projects, system testing and user acceptance testing.
• Support user training and the adoption of new technology.
• Apply sound cyber security practices and help users work securely.
