Job summary

Ambition Recruitment is helping a Melbourne-based member organisation find an IT generalist to own day-to-day support, report building and documentation.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup with three days in the office, supporting staff using Microsoft 365, SharePoint and an in-house member management system, and you’ll train colleagues to boost their digital skills. The role is permanent and full-time, with scope to shape how systems are adopted across the team and organisation.

Qualifications

• Strong reporting and data analysis skills.
• Experience writing clear documentation and training non-technical users.
• An internal-facing mindset: you treat staff as colleagues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide help desk support across software, Microsoft 365 and hardware.
• Support staff using the in-house member management system.
• Build reports and analyse data to support decision making.
