Job summary

Ambition Group Limited in Melbourne seeks an IT support specialist to own day-to-day help desk duties for staff and field teams. You will help users get more from Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and our in-house member management system, with a focus on shaping how systems are documented and adopted.

You will build reports, analyze data, write user guides, and train staff to boost digital skills. This is a permanent full-time, hybrid role with three days in the office and a competitive salary plus

Qualifications

• Solid IT help desk or service desk experience.
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills.
• Experience writing clear documentation and training non-technical users.
• An internal-facing mindset: you treat staff as colleagues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide help desk support across software, Microsoft 365 and hardware.
• Support staff using the in-house member management system.
• Build reports and analyse data to support decision making.
