Job summary

You will work with line managers as a trusted advisor on performance, conduct and workplace relations, guiding decisions in line with policies and the Fair Work Act.

You will manage a broad range of people-related cases, coach leaders, and help minimise risk while promoting a positive, compliant workplace.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing HR/ER cases across performance, behaviour, investigations, and workplace concerns.
• Experience providing specialist support to leaders on complex people issues.
• Solid understanding of the Fair Work Act and enterprise agreements.
• Ability to interpret policies and advise on compliant decisions.
