Job summary

The Coles Group is seeking an experienced HR/ER Advisor to support our People and Culture team. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders on performance, conduct, and workplace relations, guiding decisions in line with policies and agreements.

You will handle high-volume cases, support investigations, and help minimize risk while coaching leaders to build capability and confidence in their teams.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing HR/ER cases across performance, investigations, and workplace concerns.
• Strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act and workplace policies.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and provide clear guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist HR/ER advisory across brands, supporting line managers.
• Manage a broad range of cases with practical, policy-aligned guidance.
• Investigate equal opportunity complaints and maintain compliant decisions.
