  • Assess and resolve team member concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Workplace Relations & Compliance

  • Supporting investigations into equal opportunity complaints and employee relations issues across all brands.
  • Ensure all advice aligns with legislation, enterprise agreements, and internal policies.

Risk Management

  • Identify and assess workplace relations risks, including sexual harassment, bullying, discrimination, and safety‑related matters.
  • Recommending strategies to minimise exposure and support compliant decision‑making.

Leader Capability & Coaching

  • Coach and guide leaders through people processes, helping them build confidence and capability in managing their teams.
  • Provide clear, pragmatic recommendations and communicate implications of various options.
About you and your skills:

Legislative Knowledge

  • Solid understanding of the Fair Work Act, workplace policies, and industrial instruments.

Customer‑Focused Approach

  • Ability to communicate risks clearly, provide balanced recommendations, and support leaders to make informed decisions.

Adaptable & Responsive

  • Comfortable managing competing priorities and delivering timely, accurate advice in a fast‑moving environment.
