Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years HR generalist or ER/IR experience, or equivalent.
• Confident and influential communicator across leadership levels.
• Ability to balance conflicting priorities in a changing environment.
• Analytical acumen with data-derived insights.
• Discretion and confidentiality are mandatory.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and HRIS.

Responsabilités

• Deliver end-to-end employee relations (ER) case management.
• Advise leaders on ER processes and live cases to uplift capability.
• Prepare and participate in Fair Work or other jurisdictional cases as needed.
• Identify root causes or systemic issues from ER trends.
• Collaborate with IR teams to stay ahead of legislative developments.
• Work with business leaders to craft practical People solutions.
• Educate business units to adhere to P&C operating model and direct HR queries accordingly.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to deliver divisional People plans and initiatives.
• Provide accurate advice on policies, the Enterprise Agreement, and incentive schemes.
