Coles Group Pty Ltd is seeking a Workplace Relations Specialist within People and Culture to manage high-risk and complex cases, provide strategic advice to senior stakeholders, and ensure policies comply with laws and industrial instruments.

You will handle end-to-end case management, tribunal proceedings, and investigations across discrimination, bullying, and other breaches of legislation.

Qualificações

• Solid experience in workplace relations, employment law, or a related legal discipline.
• Extensive experience managing high-risk workplace investigations and complex employee relations cases.
• Strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth), discrimination law, WHS legislation, and case law.
• Experience preparing for and representing employers in tribunal proceedings, including conciliations and arbitrations.
• Proven ability to manage a large caseload and drive timely resolutions.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end case management – up to 20 complex cases at a time.
• Tribunal representation – FWC proceedings, conciliations and hearings.
• Investigations – robust workplace investigations on discrimination, bullying or breaches.
• Medical case management – fitness-for-work and medical incapacity cases.
• Enterprise agreement and award interpretation – advise on IR frameworks.
• Stakeholder engagement with senior leaders, HR teams and legal counsel.
