Credit Corp Group is seeking a motivated HR Advisor to join our People team. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will provide practical HR guidance on performance, conduct, grievances, absenteeism and investigations while supporting leaders to achieve compliant, fair outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in generalist HR, HR advisory or ER roles.
• Capable of managing performance issues and investigations.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and Awards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Organised with attention to detail and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end case management of performance, conduct, grievances and absenteeism.
• Lead grievance, disciplinary, investigations and terminations.
• Advise on Enterprise Agreements, Awards and HR policies.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure confidentiality.
• Partner with HRBP on trends and lifecycle activities.
