Volare Recruitment in Brisbane is seeking a friendly and organized Customer Service / Sales Support professional. The role offers a 8am–4pm schedule with the flexibility to work from home once trained, and a New Farm location with free parking.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, sales support or administration.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and colleagues.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Good computer skills, particularly Excel – training can be provided.
• Willingness to learn and help teammates.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders and ensure information is entered accurately.
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with enquiries.
• Liaise with customers, Sales Managers and internal teams across Australia.
• Manage customer emails and follow up enquiries.
• Monitor orders, stock availability and delivery timeframes.
• Follow up backorders and coordinate freight, including obtaining quotes.
• Process invoices and assist with general accounts administration.
• Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets, databases and reports.
• Assist with stocktakes and inventory administration as required.
• Provide general administration and sales support to the wider team.
