Job summary

First Parking is seeking a motivated Customer Support Representative to join our fast-paced, operational team in Brisbane. You will deliver outstanding service, handle calls, emails, and chats, and help resolve issues with a proactive approach.

The role requires independence, resilience, and the ability to work across shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays. Prior call centre or high-volume experience is beneficial and you should be proficient with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or a fast-paced, process-driven workplace.
• Call centre or high-volume contact centre experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong time management.
• Able to work independently with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure satisfaction at every step of the customer experience.
• Answer inbound customer calls, intercoms, emails and online chats with professionalism and empathy.
• Process online payments and refunds accurately and efficiently.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Conduct daily reporting and troubleshooting within the car parks.
• Monitor car park CCTV to identify and investigate operational issues.
