Category 5 Labour Management in Brisbane, QLD is seeking an energetic support coordinator for a 3‑month casual placement with potential to transition to a permanent role with the client. The role is based in Northgate, with standard hours 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday, and option for 2 days of work-from-home once permanent.

Duties include handling email requests, resolving service issues, and scheduling services.

Qualifications

• Experience with Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and contact centre experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Process email requests using internal systems (Salesforce).
• Deal with complaints and provide solutions.
• Book ad-hoc, urgent or scheduled services within contracted timeframes.
• Update services with new information.
