Responsibilities

• Support injured people throughout their recovery journey by providing guidance, coordinating support services, and ensuring a positive claims experience.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the claims journey.
• Manage a portfolio of claims with the guidance and support of your leaders.
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to support recovery outcomes.
• Coordinate with doctors, treatment providers and solicitors throughout the claims process.
• Develop and implement effective case management plans within legislative and compliance timeframes.
• Use your problem-solving, negotiation and decision-making skills to achieve positive claim outcomes.
